Flash fiction. Buying Back Dreams

Seeking something to wear, my iPad operating at 5.30 a.m. while he sleeps, I work my way through the clearance bargains on the Next site, the stuff no one wants, the equivalent of book remainders, so they are selling it off. #Camden #streetart #Banksy - some vibrant street art in Camden. Banksy is now crumbling and behind glass, but I also love the realism of the boy (looked like a photo) @jxcdesigns and the message from @angrydan
A change from all the bucolic stuff! A street in #camden - still some interesting nature tho, this tree!
#flowers for you all! Clusters of massive #snowdrops by the roadside at Lower Tamar, the first tiny #daisies showing through on my #Devon lawn (spring is coming!) or a red miniature #rose in my plant pot for Galentine’s day. All beautiful in different ways, but if you had to choose just one, which would it be?
Stopped and captured these beauties on my way out yesterday. #sheep lying there looking large, placid and benign, presumably preparing for lambing
She’s a funny looking thing but she’s my old girl #labradorx #dogwithpersonality #rescuedog
First few #daffodils in the garden. So bright, yelling of spring #springflowers . Simple and yet ... Fair Daffodils, we weep to see You haste away so soon; As yet the early-rising sun Has not attain'd his noon. Stay, stay, Until the hasting day Has run But to the even-song; And, having pray'd together, we Will go with you along. We have short time to stay, as you, We have as short a spring; As quick a growth to meet decay, As you, or anything. We die As your hours do, and dry Away, Like to the summer's rain; Or as the pearls of morning's dew, Ne'er to be found again. by Robert Herrick
